About the role:

As a consultant, you will be working as part of an agile team to gather requirements through workshops and build and maintain a backlog for our customers. Each agile team consists of the Product Owner, a Scrum Master, and the team members, who all contribute and collaborate, to deliver successful projects together.

The consultants are expected and encouraged to learn new things and apply an open mindset to how they can solve business requirements and business values with the help of the technologies they work with. The role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills and abilities to present. 

Functional responsibilities:

Consultants are expected to be able to wear different hats, and fill different roles depending on the project:

• Configuration and build
• Testing and quality assurance
• Train Key Users
• Support and Maintenance activities
• Documentation

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Min. 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce / Dynamics 365
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Salesforce consultants must have a certificate in any of below:

• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Marketing Cloud
• CPQ
• Manufacturing Cloud
• B2B Commerce Cloud
• Salesforce Administrator

Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultants must be certified in:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365
