Our client is a Swedish IT consultancy firm  with a vision of merging different CRM systems within one company. They provide tailor-made solutions that matches to their customer’s needs, with offices in Dubai, San Francisco, Barcelona and Stockholm. 

All of their consultants and project managers are able to work hands-on, not “just” manage projects or lead people.

They want people who want to come onboard and are eager  to be experts in their field. They have an annual certification allowance, and plan together with each team member on how she or he wants to grow.

ABOUT THE JOB

The consultant needs to work  according to their agile method (SAFe), with their team to gather requirements, hold workshops and define deliverables and backlog for customer projects and then plan the work together, and deliver the projects.

Delivery means to configure the different platforms and solutions to fit the requirements gathered. In different projects, the consultant is expected to be able to wear different hats, and fill different roles: configuration and build, testing, quality assurance and project management tasks such as daily standups etc.

The consultants are expected and encouraged to learn new things and apply an open mindset to how they can solve business requirements and business values with the help of the technologies the company works with, they do not have any “back-office” people, everyone needs to be comfortable with client-facing to an extent.

MUST HAVE’S:

A bachelor’s degree relevant to the field

3-5 years ‘ experience as MS Dynamics 365 consultant 

Certificate in MS Dynamics 365
