Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, develop, and direct the implementation of business strategies.
  • Lead the team through coaching and mentoring to ensure that each employee conducts business professionally, legally and to the highest levels of customer excellence.
  • Conduct continuous reviews and analyses of the business to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Plan & direct the organization’s activities to achieve short-term and long-term targets and set standards for financial performance.
  • Analyze current market/industry trends and formulate strategies for possible expansion and acquisitions that could contribute to the growth of the organization.
  • Responsible for conducting regular reviews and subsequent planning of the organization, to ensure: Budget planning and achievement, Sustainable growth YoY, Responsible for ensuring that deliverables are met against service plans and Achievement of the longer-term strategy and business plans for the company.
  • Establishing new business opportunities for the group as part of the growth strategy.
  • Research and implementation of new products for the KSA market.
  • Management of networks & stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure their needs are consistently met with a high standard.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations not only of KSA but also of those affected by the parent company and generally assisting with the resolution of related compliance problems.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the line manager.



Requirements:

  • Specific knowledge required for the role: Technological knowledge, skill, professional.
  • Professional: Insurance methodology; insurance related qualification is desirable.
  • Communication and Leadership skills
  •  IT proficiency.
