Key Responsibilities
- Developing new business leads by sourcing new clients to partner with
- Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets as required
- Generate revenue from agencies and direct clients
- Experience selling to direct clients and agencies
- Meeting client’s KPI targets
- Manage sales, operations and clients
- Build an effective sales strategy
- Coordinate with the marketing department for campaigns and sales initiatives
- Manage campaign executive and sales team
- The key point of contact with clients
- Expertise in creator networks and creative best practices
- Oversee final deliverables as well as work on these assets directly
- Proofing content before it goes to the client, ensuring it meets brand objectives and guidelines
- Attending client presentations
- Creating project schedules and timelines
- Ensuring all teams keep to deadlines and that posts are delivered on time
- Tracking results, compiling regular reports and delivering in-depth analytics to clients
- Setting expectations and goals
- Championing and demonstrating ‘thought leadership
Qualifications
- More than 2 years of experience in sales and operations
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree related to the field
- Must have experience working alongside marketing departments, understanding the full-circle of marketing/sales
- Experience in Abu Dhabi market is a plus
