About The Company
Our client is a Saudi Service company with over 20 years of knowledge and experience in the industry. Key Responsibilities
- Taking care of Company’s account(s) to provide services in an efficient, timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with concerned Department within the Company and provide services and solutions that will meet or exceed the clients’ expectations.
- Provide consultancy on our service-related issues as and when required to our clients.
- Establish and maintain appropriate and timely communications with Clients, all projects team members, department heads and officers through effective use of project information reports, team meeting notes, etc.
- Responsible for delivering invoices to the clients and follow up for the payments.
- Monitor and coordinate timely execution of major milestone approvals with Clients and prepare necessary paperwork for document approval.
- Enhance the Company long-term relationship with the Clients.
- Maintain up to date documentation on administrative operation procedures and issues and revises as appropriate.
- Implement and act in accordance with the organization’s information security policies.
- Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.
- Execute particular security process or activities.
- Ensure responsibility is assigned to the individual for actions taken.
- Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management or Administration.
- 2-4 years’ experience of managing a wide variety of Accounts/ Projects preferably in Multinational Companies.
- Knowledge of general management principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills in English, extensive experience with direct customer contact.
- Strong organization skills attention to details.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills – both oral and written in English, ability to network and build relationship with external business environment.
- Able to maintain good relationship with the client, win the client confidence and respect and provide prompt response to daily requests.
- Organizational and management skills, excellent judgment, extreme discretion and flexibility in work hours.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude, high ethics, and a track record of working successfully in a time-constrained environment.
- Understand team workload and related circumstances, problems and needs and considers such factors in the completion of day-to-day job tasks and responsibilities.
