About the Company

Our client is a well-established is a one-stop-shop integrated professional support services company specialized in offering multinational companies that are looking to set up, operate and/or conduct business in Saudi Arabia and the UAE professional services.


Description: 

Reporting to the Head of Government Relations, will be responsible for managing employee related activities which are in accordance with government regulations in all its different entities. The activities also include obtaining of company registration, registration with the chambers of commerce, zakat certificate, visas, work permits, and Iqamas (Residency) for company and client employees.


Key responsibilities include: 

  •  Keep an update on government regulations and statutory requirements and determine their impact on the company. 
  •  Liaise with the Ministries and other government entities to resolve issues related to obtaining Saudization Certificates, Company registration certificates, registration with the Chamber of Commerce, etc. 
  •  Manage and oversee processes relating to Governmental issues concerning employees (i.e. issuance of business visas, visit visas, exit-re-entry visas, renewals of work permits, and Iqamas) 
  •  Provide consultancy to the project officers as required by different government tasks in line with the updated regulations of local authorities. 
  • Review all government certificates & licenses for the company and its clients. 
  • Support the operation team to resolve client’s issues with all government departments. 
  • Knowledge and manage governmental portals and activate relevant online access and back-up plan e.g. passports, Ministry of Labor, TAQAT, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, MOFA, Balady etc. to run the transactions and to ensure access at all times. 
  • Monitor payments and records for the government relations department in coordination with the finance department for any due government balance/ bill, and re-top up the GRD Balance after completing the required formalities of paid expenses.

Minimum Qualification and Experience Required: 
  • 5 years related business experience handling Government relations. 
  • Fluency in English and Arabic. 
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Exhibit strong organisational skills and be detail-oriented. 
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be customer-service oriented. 
  • Exhibit advanced computer skills with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office products with a focus in Word, Excel. 
  • General knowledge of local labor laws, GOSI, visa processes with etc. with the Governmental entities in Saudi. 
  • Using government online applications 
  • Leadership skills.
