Job Purpose

You will be the flag bearer of the Agency and be responsible for the Agency’s reputation. You will support the Agency’s efforts in areas of public relations, corporate afraid, and any related activities for its clients like press conferences, media events, CSR activities, internal communications, and reputation management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest degree of client relationships and satisfaction thru a proactive approach to build upon the annual PR calendar, press releases, and media relations.
• Manage translations from English to Arabic content; support content writers in preparing press materials.
• Demonstrate and deliver full ownership and accountability on all areas of responsibilities across client servicing and relationship management by working closely with clients.
• Manage work status reports/JSRs, minutes of meetings, internal coordination with social media and creative teams.
• Be the Agency’s eyes & ears on the ground & ensure you maintain a feedback system with your superiors.
• Be a committed and honest team player.

Qualifications:

• Must have 2-3 years of agency experience
• Must be an Arabic speaker
• Must have a good understanding of the UAE market
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Must be able to prioritize and plan effectively
