Job Purpose

You will be the flag bearer of the Agency and strengthen its reputation during all interactions with clients and associates. You will lead the agency’s efforts in areas of branding & development for agency’s clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a world-class strategic framework and roll-out plans for projects across branding/CI, brand architecture plans, marketing, and communications development for the agency’s clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams across creatives, and client servicing to develop and deliver project scope of work through a combination of online and in-person meetings. 
• Ensure the highest degree of value additions backed by research, benchmarking, proactive strategies, and innovation.
• Demonstrate and deliver full ownership and accountability on all areas of responsibilities and agreed business goals.
• Be the Agency’s eyes & ears on the ground & ensure you maintain a feedback system with the Management.
• Be a committed and honest team player.
• You would be required to travel to Oman, KSA, or other potential markets of the Agency for business purposes as per pre-planned schedules.
• You would be available for any client calls, meetings, or presentations as per the agreed calendar schedules.

Qualifications:

• Must have solid and extensive branding agency experience
• Must have a good understanding of the UAE market
• Excellent project management skills
• Must have deep knowledge of logo identity
• Must have a positive mindset and autonomy
