Our client is the first restaurant of a well-established group located in Address Fountain Views. It offers Japanese Peruvian Cuisine, with or take on it which they call Beyond Nikkei. 

Restaurant capacity is 220pax with both indoor and outdoor seating options. It will be a place for an impeccable dining experience and a cool vibe bar with tunes of Latin, tribal, and house music. 

The brand’s vision is to become the best Nikkei restaurant in the coming year and earn its spot among the 50 best restaurants in the Middle East and Asia the year after.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and engaging social media strategies to connect with the audience
• Manage, plan & adapt social media content across platforms using scheduling tools
• Respond and engage with the online community
• Write blog content with catchy headings in line with the content calendar
• Plan, create and prepare beautiful newsletters
• Analyse and report on performance
• Form relationships with influencers

Essential skills:

• Minimum 3 years experience working in managing social media platforms
• Experience working in restaurants & hospitality
• Good content & copywriting skills
• Strong working knowledge of social media and email tools
• Very familiar with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe, etc.
• Entrepreneurial, highly goal-oriented individual and self-motivated
• Continuously learns about best practices in the field
