About the role: 

Our client is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to monitor the company’s production activities and ensure compliance with our regulations. The candidate will work closely within each function of the business and will be held responsible for the following activities. 

As Compliance Officer: 

• Maintain compliance policies and procedures. 
• Assist with the development and maintenance of the risk-based compliance program. 
• Perform monitoring and surveillance reviews in line with the compliance monitoring plan. 
• Provide support and guidance to staff on regulatory, policy, and procedural issues and applications. 
• Produce Compliance management information. 
• Assist with client inquiries and requests for information. 
• Identify, log, and resolve compliance issues, client complaints, and policy and regulatory breaches. 
• Assist with ad hoc projects, monitoring tasks, and regulatory change. 
• Provide compliance training to staff. 
• File regulatory reports with the regulator. 

Requirements 

• Extensive knowledge of applicable government regulations. 
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the field. 
• Ability to inform and educate managers and department heads on regulations and policies that require compliance. 
• Based in the UAE. 
• Approval by the FSRA of DFSA would be beneficial but is not an absolute requirement. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent strategic planning skills.
