Now, we are looking for a 360 Degree Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The mission of the role will be to secure the growth and sales targets for Scancruit by attracting companies around the world and find the right talents to grow their company. 

What to do:

•   Actively source and place candidates

•   Develop and sustain client relationships

•   Assist clients and candidates in finding recruitment and hiring solutions

•    Manage both sides of the relationship throughout the interview process in order to provide 

    a best in-class service to client and candidates alike resulting in successful placements

•  Own the entire sales cycle and close high-level deals

Qualifications:

•   5+ years’ experience in similar role in the recruitment industry in the middle east

•   An ambitious, outgoing personality with a desire to work with people

•  Sales skills and proactive mindset.

•  Positivity & enthusiasm - a can do attitude!

•  A willingness to learn and keen to develop themselves personally

•  An international growth mindset

•  Experience in business development, sales, target-orientated field.
