General Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive fluent in Arabic to join our team in Dubai. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our property management services to Arabic-speaking clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company in the vibrant real estate market of Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target Arabic-speaking clients interested in property management services.
Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing efforts.
Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase our services and negotiate contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting the Arabic-speaking market.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, ensuring consistent performance and revenue generation.

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic Speaking (both written and verbal) is essential.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property management practices is desirable.
