Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions based on client requirements
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, forms, and views
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Perform data migrations with third-party systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and errors in Dynamics 365
- Optimize system performance and ensure scalability
- Implement security measures and user access controls
- Provide technical support and training to end-user
- Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and best practices
- Test and deploy solutions, adhering to development standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, project management, and business analysts, to deliver successful projects
- Document system architecture, configurations, and code changes
