Responsibilities:

• Managing Windows 10/11 systems and providing support for Microsoft Office applications.
• Handling networking tasks with Cisco ISR/Mikrotik routers and Cisco/HP managed LAN-commutators.
• Providing remote support, managing LAN-networks with up to 30 PCs, and resolving printer-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in Windows 10/11 administration, TCP/IP networking, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Android OS and experience in remote PC management.
• Ability to troubleshoot printer problems and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
