Their role is to advance industrialisation and diversification away from oil through the creation of profitable companies that might not be developed by the private sector alone. The company focuses on investments in the Kingdom through joint venture partnerships with global industry leaders. This position is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

15-20 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related fields.
Ensure that the company's investments align with its long-term goals, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while minimizing risk.
Developing and implementing project management methodologies: The executive director is responsible for establishing efficient and effective project management processes and methodologies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Providing technical leadership: They must provide technical leadership to the engineering and project management teams, ensuring that members have the skills, resources, and tools needed to achieve project success.
Managing resources: The executive director is responsible for managing resources such as budget, personnel, and equipment to ensure projects are executed within approved parameters.
Ensuring quality and safety standards: The director has a strategic responsibility to ensure that all projects are executed according to industry standards for quality and safety.
Managing relationships with stakeholders: The director must maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as investors, vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success and adherence to all relevant rules and regulations.
Involvement in evaluating potential investment opportunities and developing investment strategies that align with the company's objectives and risk tolerance
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall effectiveness in investment decision-making and project delivery.
