Our client is a Dubai Prominent Luxury Yachts Charter Company who also offers prominent beverages with an extensive collection to meet the diverse needs and preferences for costumers. In addition to serving individual customers, they also cater businesses in the hospitality industry.

About the position: 

The Senior Sales Executive will be based in Dubai, UAE and will be responsible for the sales team, client relations and managing the yacht team while promoting the long-term success of the brand.

 
Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders
• Manage the sales team, providing training and support to improve performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Manage the yacht fleet and coordinate charters with the operations team
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Create and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
• Collect and analyze sales data to provide reports to senior management with recommendations for improvement
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of changes in the industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce
• Professional training in the Tourism industry
• GCC experience
• 5+ years of experience in Yachts Charter Commercial activity
• Full command of English, written and spoken
• Knowledge of some other main languages
• UAE Driving License
