About the role:

As a developer, you will be working as part of an agile team to gather requirements through workshops and build and maintain a backlog for our customers. Each agile team consists of the Product Owner, a Scrum Master, and the team members, who all contribute and collaborate, to deliver successful projects together.

Developers will gather requirements and interface with teams on the customer’s side to build integrations and customizations where needed, as well as be able to configure the platforms and solutions in conjunction with or sometimes instead of the application consultants.

The job also requires knowledge of databases / SQL, IT infrastructure and hosting, and familiarity with other related technologies such as ERP to enable you to see the whole picture, rather than only work within the technology or platform.

The developers are expected and encouraged to learn new things and apply an open mindset to how they can solve business requirements and business values with the help of the technologies they work with. The role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills and abilities to present. 

Functional responsibilities:

Developers are expected to be able to wear different hats, and fill different roles depending on the project:

• Meet with the clients to understand their requirements and figure out an approach to solve the problem.
• Lead the testing and implementation of package development efforts, as well as coding, configuration, regular maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, additionally managing timelines and manufacturing technical documentation.
• Carry out opinions of the statistics, growing complicated CRM answers to make sure that good practices are observed and better statistical answers are provided.
• Attend team meetings to get updates on the work or the status of the ongoing project.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• 5+ years of experience as a developer
•  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Salesforce developer must have knowledge in:

• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Architect
• Salesforce Developer

Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer must have knowledge in:  

• C#
• .Net
• Databases / SQL
