About the role:

As an Interior Designer, you will be leading the project throughout the complete design process. You will be developing Pre-concept, story narratives, and mood boards and effectively communicating your vision to your clients, and practicing excellent listening skills.

Trends come and go, and you'll need to stay ahead of the curve. As a good interior designer, you must be extremely organized in order to complete projects on time and on budget. Most importantly you are willing to grow with the company.

Work location: Dubai, UAE

Functional responsibilities:

• Establish design parameters based on the client’s requirements and develop Concept Design into the schematic and detailed stage.
• Prepare outline specifications for finishes, material, and system.
• Provide different approaches/alternatives for the design concept.
• Create and develop key design concepts and lead the team through phases of development.
• Submit creative design proposals according to the client’s requirements.
• Prepare the concept design in a series of presentations, reports, and renderings for client review.
• Coordinate with the Senior Architect to produce all related drawings, documents, and materials for the conceptual design.
• Manage design team members during the implementation of design to ensure that clarity and quality of concept are maintained throughout the detailed design level.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent Design & Creative skills
• Good knowledge of home furnishing, market, social trends, fashion
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
• Strong drafting, space planning, interior, and architectural design skills
• 5+ years of experience as an Interior Designer
• Degree / Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture
